3/19: Wow, over a month since the last update. And what's happened in that month? Well, lots of school, lots of fun, and evidently Silas has a website at www.its.caltech.edu/~silas, and also since my absence Silas has been stealing my catch phrases. Honestly Silas, spelling check like czech. . . that's just not right. Anywho, I am about to go get my dinner-on with Amber and Justin, so if you wanna see some new pictures, go to my college section, and scroll down to the new update. There you'll see some pictures of an awesome ski trip, a trip to the aquarium, and a trip to the zoo. On top of that, you can see some pictures of Amber and I. Well, I was enjoying my roommate situation, but Tamer was a big retard at a party we went to on saturday, so I don't really know what I think of him anymore. But I've got a great girlfriend, and I just had a great time for the Super Bowl, so really, life is good I think. I don't know if I'm going to be ready to go back to school. But whatever, that's not what's important. I added some pictures to Biz's section and to Marc's section. So czech it out. 12/19: IT'S ALL OVER! WHOOOOOOOOOOOO! ! ! ! Yes folks, my last final is over with! So now it's just a matter of waiting until I can leave this place and come back to Spokane. But lemme tell you what is up with Blake. Last night I was cramming for my Chemistry exam, and I ended kinda early. . . . in otherwords at 1:30. I wanted to get some quality sleep seeing as how the test started at 8:30. So I set my alarm for 7 so that I could wake up with plenty of time to get my head in the game. I laid in bed trying to sleep till well past 4. I then awoke to banging on the door by my neighbor Wes who saved the day. Of course he was in my Chemistry class, but if he hadn't woken up Kris and I would have been screwed. That's not completely true cuz Amy would still have come through for me. So, for that reason I shall make Wes my FRIEND OF THE WEEK! If an expression like this won't wake you up in the morning then I don't know what will. And now, for the CO-FRIEND OF THE WEEK! This was a tough choice, but after a long conversation with Kate I decided that I was going to have to marry her. Here she is looking absolument adorable: If I remember correctly Gallagher and Marc both said that they wanted to marry Kate, so it looks like we'll have to have some crazy backyard competition for Kate's affection. If anybody else wants to get in on this (I know there are many of you out there) by all means write me and say "Kate is mine!", and at that point be assured that it is on! With that said, I'm going to go sit at my computer and listen to music until I have to leave! Yay for no roommates! 12/10: For this update, I added a few pictures in Silas's section, so you guys can by all means check those out. But the main meat of this update, maybe not in effort, but in heart, is my Ode to Biz. Unfortunately I don't have a clever little poem to make up on the spot about how great you are Biz. I'm not quite that spontaneous, but basically you are a super pal, you've always been there for me, and I know that I can always count on you to help me out when I'm in trouble, and to bring me back down with your sarcastic remarks if I start to get too cocky. You rule, you are a true friend, and I'm sorry we couldn't get a hold of you on your birthday, but we miss you immeasureable amounts, at least I know I do. Am I right? 11/29: Well folks, today was nice, no homework, so it was just a chill day. . . Hopefully tomorrow will be a party day, but time will tell. However, I had enough time to put together a much needed update. Silas and Libby sent me pictures weeks ago, but I've either been too busy, or too lazy to put it all together. So that's all I've got. Enjoy! 11/27: Yo! I guess it's been a bit longer than a week huh. . . well what'd I say? From now on it will be the FRIEND OF (enter span of time here)! ! ! So anyways, I've had lots of requests to become the friend of the week, cuz lets face it. . .everyone wants to be Blake's best friend. Well folks, after some hard work I narrowed it down to some great pals of mine. But, today, things changed. And I had to throw all that out the window. This is because today really sucked. I had to wake up early to register, and the day before I lost my bag with all of my stuff, also I was getting my math midterm back etc. etc. etc. But you know what? Everything worked out. . . well not good, but not terrible. So, for that reason I have selected three latest friends of the week, I shall justify each one: First, I had to wake up at around 6 to get online and fight with practically everyone at this hugungus school for the limited slots in my class. So I set my alarm for 5:30, that way I'd have a chance to get my thoughts organized. . .guess what? I forgot to turn the alarm on! And I would have been super screwed if it wasn't for the help of my nocturnal roommate Tamer! Here's a picture: Then, as I said, I lost my bag. Now this was devestating, cuz I had my math homework in there, and all my school supplies and whatnot. However, my engineering teacher saved the day, and I got it back early in the morning with plenty of time to get everything in order. Here she is! Now, finally, the final bad thing that could happen was that I was going to get a terrible grade on my math midterm. But I had a foolproof plan, I depressed myself so much that when I got it, the grade actually looked good. So my last friend of the week is my crazy, cooky calc teacher Sandor Kovacs. (He has three accents, two in his name, one in the way he talks. . .ha ha! Oh Sandor. . .will you ever learn?). So there it is. . . sorry kids, maybe next time. Will it be Biz? Will it be Marc? I've got a big quiz in math tomorrow, and I'm having a lot of trouble caring enough to study. You see, I already failed my midterm, and even though I have been motivated for the past few days, right now I just don't care. That's not to say that I won't study. In fact, I'm talking to Jill right now, and she refuses to talk about Evil Robot Monkeys; and just now she told me to go to bed. So, to defy the one we call Jill I am going to stay up, and then probably study. But first I'm going to start something. I feel bad that I didn't get on this earlier, but I'm a busy man. I have decided to start a thing called THE FRIEND OF THE WEEK (or whatever unit of time until I do it again) This was going to be an open and shut case, simply cuz I had heard all sorts of bad things coming from Katie Sarah. I didn't realize she wasn't doing so hot, and had an actual crises. So then I decided I'd try and cheer good 'ol KS up by reminding her how much everyone loves her. Now one would think that that would be that. But then I got an e-mail. Ohh what a wonderful e-mail. here, you read. Blake, Man of Mystery and Intrigue! This email is strictly to tell you that I'm thinking of you, and that I think you're an outstanding man among men. Ya see, I had a really excellent crew work out this morning, and the endorphens are still in my system, so I'm feeling extra good this morning. So I wanted to share some of this good feeling with you, and since we're miles apart, this will have to do. Anyway Blake, I can't wait to get to hang out with you again, and I love you!
